In order to obtain the most reasonable price from the manufacturers of their product boxes, Bagel Nash had to purchase significant quantities. They needed to hold large stocks, not only to get the best price, but also to be able to draw upon at short notice if required. In order to accommodate this stock, they rented a warehouse next door to their premises.
After consulting with the company and conducting an analysis of their current operation, Samson Nano realised that they could solve the problem. We negotiated with them that we would produce, stock and hold their boxes, drip feeding them as required, sometimes at very short notice. This gave them the opportunity to get instant stock at good prices, and removed the need to rent extra space.
